A daily vehicle check is a good business practice and a mandatory requirement if you are an AFRA member. The daily vehicle check has to be done on the mobile app by your driver. The vehicle check can be submitted only once per day per vehicle. The checklist has to be defined on this page.  

Checklist Group

The checklist has to be first grouped and then the list has to be added under each group. Examples of Checklist groups are Tyres/Wheels, Lights and Reflectors, Windows, Mirrors and Wipers, Vehicle Structure and Bodywork, Engine, Brakes, Ancilliary Equipment etc.

• To create a new group, click on the + icon, enter the group name and click on Save. 
• To edit or delete the existing group, click on the three dots and choose the desired option.

Checklist

To add a list to a group, scroll down to the Checklist section, select the group from the select field and click on the 'Load Checklist' button. 

• To add a new item to the checklist, click on the + icon, select the group from the select field in the first column, enter the checklist name and click on Save.
• To edit or delete the existing item, click on the three dots and choose the desired option.
