14. On the Onexfort mobile app, after completing a job, the invoice amount is not generated, how can I get the invoice amount on the mobile app?

These are the steps your field worker has to do on the day of the job:

(The sequence of the steps is important)

  • Start the job
  • Finish the job
  • Adjust start/finish times if needed and save
  • Update and Generate Invoice

After the above steps, if you go to the Payment page on the mobile app, you will be able to see the invoice amounts. We don't show the invoice amount before the job is completed.
