1. There are two basic settings related to the Insurance component that are already created for your account in Onexfort. These two settings can be accessed from: Removals | Removal Settings - Price Settings:
- Goods Value per CBM: If you want to estimate the value of the goods based on the cubic volume of the goods, you can set the value per CBM here. The default is set of $1,000. You can change this to any other value you want.
- Minimum Goods Value: For all opportunities created in the system, the minimum goods value is automatically assigned the value that’s set in this field. The default value is set to $30,000. You can change that to any value that’s appropriate.

2. In the Email templates there is an option to attach Insurance quotes automatically when the email template is loaded in the email section of the Activity tabs in both the opportunity and job pages. If this ‘Attach Insurance Quote’ button is enabled, the Onexfort system will automatically pull the following details from the opportunity or job, interact with the Coverfreight system, and attach an insurance quote in PDF format: Name of the customer, Pickup suburb, Delivery Suburb, Move Date, Goods Value.

3. The Goods value of the opportunity or job can be edited in the Inventory tab of the opportunity/job page. As mentioned earlier, the minimum goods value that is set will be assigned to all new opportunities created in the system. This will be displayed in the Inventory tab as shown below:

4. To change the goods value, click on the pencil icon shown next to the word ‘VALUE’. There are four ways to arrive at the goods value of the opportunity/job.
- If the Truck Sizes are defined in the system (Removals | Removal Settings --> Local Moves Hourly Settings), the system will show the truck sizes. When you choose any of the trucks, based on the maximum cubic volume of the truck size, the goods value will be calculated and displayed.
