Your website quote request forms can be connected to Onexfort to automatically create opportunities in Onexfort. We use a third-party software called Zapier to connect your website forms to Onexfort.

Trigger setup
First, you will have to set up a free account with Zapier.
Zapier lets you connect any two applications using a 'Zap' that you can create. A Zap will have a trigger and an action. The trigger in our case will be a website form submission. And the action will be to create an opportunity in Onexfort.
Before you create a trigger, you will have to find out the type of your website and the type of form used in your website. For example, your website type can be:
- WordPress
- Joomla
- WIX
- Custom website
The forms can be of various types as well. For example:
- WordPress Elementor form
- WPForms
- ContactForm 7
- Google Form
- TypeForm
- Custom form
Depending on the website type and form type, you can look up Zapier documentation on how to set up the trigger for the Zap. Examples of the articles for some of the common forms:
Action Setup
After setting up the trigger you can set up the action to create an opportunity in Onexfort.
To use Onexfort as an action in the Zap, you will have to first accept the invitation from Onexfort. Onexfort, at this stage, offers only an 'Invite Only' option to create the Zap. To accept the invitation, log in to your Zapier account and then click on the following link to accept the invite:

Choose app & event
In the app field search and select Onexfort
In the even field select 'Create Removal Opportunity' and click on the Continue button.
Choose account
In the account field, click on 'Connect a new account'. A new tab will open with the Email and Password fields. Enter your Onexfort account email address and password and click on the 'Yes, Continue' button.
The new tab will close. Now click on the Continue button.
Set up action
| Company | Choose from the available list of companies in your Onexfort account. Usually, there will be only one company. |

| To Suburb | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the delivery suburb of the moving quote request |
| Job Date | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the estimated moving date of the quote request |
| Bedrooms | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the number of bedrooms of the moving quote request |
| Living Rooms | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the number of living rooms in the moving quote request |
| Furnishing | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the type of furnishing in the moving quote request |
| Pickup Property Type | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the the pickup property type in the moving quote request |
| Message | From the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger, choose the message content in the moving quote request |
For all the fields that are marked as 'required', you will have to choose some value from the loaded sample data of the form in the trigger. If you don't have an equivalent field on your form to match the field in the action, you can enter a default value like a hyphen or a number 0.
Click on the Continue button.
Test action
Click on the 'Test Action' button and it will create an opportunity in Onexfort for the test data that is submitted from the form.
Click on the 'Publish Zap' button to publish the Zap.
Now, all form submissions from your website will create opportunities in Onexfort.
Other Info
If you have many forms on your website, then you will have to create a Zap for each form.
You can also create Zaps to parse emails from lead generation websites like Find a Mover, HiPages and create opportunities in Onexfort. However, you should note that parsing emails will not be 100% accurate in extracting the content to create the opportunities. You should modified the Email templates in the Email Parser app of Zapier to improve the accuracy of parsing.
