Online payment processing is an efficient way to collect payments from your customers. We use a payment gateway system called Stripe to process all online payments in Onexfort. However, from Jan 2023, we will be migrating all our current Onexfort subscribers from Stripe to another payment gateway called QuickFee. Stripe will not be available for the new Onexfort subscribers. 

To use Stripe in Onexfort, you will have to create your own Stripe account from their sign-up page. After you have created your Stripe account, you can come to this Connect Stripe page in Onexfort and click on the 'Connect with Stripe' button. 

This will take you to the Stripe account page. Choose your account and click on the Connect button.

Once successfully connected, the control will return to the Onexfort page and will show the following success message.

After this, you can start using Stripe to process online payments for your customers. There are five ways you can use Stripe on Onexfort.

1. When you create an estimate in the Estimate tab of the Opportunities page, a BOOK NOW will appear on the Estimate tab and also in your email body if the {book_now_button} dynamic field is added to the Email Templates When your customer clicks on this button, they will be taken to a payment page for making a deposit payment to confirm the booking. 
   
    
2. On the Job page's Invoice tab, an 'Add Stripe Payment' button will be available for you to manually take payment using the credit card details of the customer.

1. you can also process the balance payment using the saved credit card details of the customer, if the customer paid the deposit using Stripe. 
   
    
2. On the Invoice PDF a PAY NOW button will be available. You can send this invoice PDF to your customers. When they click on the PAY NOW button they can make the invoice payment using their credit card. 
   
    
3. On the mobile app, the driver can process the balance payment using the saved card details of the customer, if the customer paid the deposit using Stripe.
