29. How do I send an automated follow-up email and SMS to a customer to remind them?

To send automatic follow-up emails and SMS to the customer:

Navigate to the CRM settings -> Email and SMS sequences -> Action -> Edit the appropriate sequences.

  • Fill in the date check and number of days field (Job Date: Send Email before/after number of days).
  • Enable the send email and send SMS buttons.
  • To send only SMS, toggle the send SMS button and disable the send Email button.
