None of the fields on this page is required to be set up except the following three fields.
| Goods Value per CBM | Enter a default value of the goods per CBM. This value will be used to calculate the total value of the goods based on the cubic volume of the job. For example, if the value entered in this field is $1,000 and the cubic volume of the inventory of the job is 25 CBM, then the value of the goods will be calculated as $25,000. This is only an approximate method to calculate the value of the goods. You should ask the customer for the best value estimate of their goods. This field is applicable only if you are using the CoverFreight Insurance feature in Onexfort. |
| Minimum Goods Value | Enter a default minimum goods value of the job. For example, $30,000. All opportunities created in the system will have this value for the goods. You can then change the value of the goods for individual opportunities/jobs. This field is applicable only if you are using the CoverFreight Insurance feature in Onexfort. |
| Show CBM in Inventory PDF | In the Inventory tab on the Opportunity page and the Job page, there is a button to generate the Inventory list PDF of the goods. By toggling this button, you can either show or hide the CBM of the items in the Inventory PDF. This gives you an option to either show or hide the CBM of the goods if you send the Inventory PDF to your customers. |
All other fields are used only in the Auto Quote program. The Auto Quote program is currently not being offered in Onexfort. We are currently working on this program and will be available sometime in the near future.
