None of the fields on this page is required to be set up except the following three fields.
| Is Deposit a Fixed Amount? | This is an important toggle button and will be used in the Estimate tab of the Opportunity page. If this toggler is ON, the Deposit Amount field will be enabled. If the toggler is OFF, the Deposit Percent field will be enabled. |
| Deposit Amount | If this field is enabled, the amount entered in this field will be used to populate the 'Deposit Required' amount in the Estimate tab and in the Estimate PDF. |
| Deposit Percent | If this field is enabled, the percentage entered in this field will be used to calculate the 'Deposit Required' amount using the total Estimate value in the Estimate tab and in the Estimate PDF. |
All other fields are used only in the Auto Quote program. The Auto Quote program is currently not being offered in Onexfort. We are currently working on this program and will be available sometime in the near future.
