SMS credits are required to send SMS (Text messages) from Onexfort on the activity tab of the opportunity and job pages. From this page, you can buy credits as and when you run out of credits or you can also set up Auto top-up to automatically buy credits when the credits fall below a certain limit.
Each SMS is 160 characters and will cost 1 credit. The current price of 1 credit is AUD 0.07 (7 cents).
The number of credits available is shown in the top right corner of the page.
Buy Credits
To buy credits, enter the number of credits you want to buy and click on the 'Buy' button. A pop-up will open showing the amount required to pay (including the payment processing fee of 1.7%). Enter the bank card details and click on the Pay button. If the payment is successful, the new credits will be updated to your account and the updated credits will be shown in the Available credits section.
Auto Top-up
To activate the Auto Top-up option, toggle the button to ON.

Click on the 'Top up & Save' button. A pop-up will open showing the amount required to pay (including the payment processing fee of 1.7%). Enter the bank card details and click on the Pay button. If the payment is successful, the new credits will be updated to your account and the updated credits will be shown in the Available credits section.
Your bank card details will be saved in our Stripe account. After this, whenever your credit balance falls below the minimum balance, your bank card will be automatically charged for the new credits. Transactions of all the credits bought will be shown in the bottom section as follows:
